Compensation is based on qualifications, certifications, and experience in early childhood education. We offer competitive hourly rates aligned with Massachusetts EEC standards, along with ongoing professional development opportunities to support your growth. Dedicated team members may also have access to advancement pathways, leadership roles, and increased earning potential over time.
